The Bethel Area Nonprofit Collaborative (BANC) is a group of nonprofits with a wide variety of missions in the Bethel, Maine region committed to working together to improve the community. We were hired to plan and facilitate a strategic planning process for BANC, to answer key questions about activities, outreach, and organizational structure. The process included stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and meetings among BANC members to build consensus on answers to strategic questions.
