Kennebec Behavioral Health (KBH) offers a wide range of outpatient and medication services to promote the well-being of children, adults, and families who experience mental illness, emotional difficulties or behavioral challenges. For the fourth year in a row, we have been hired to help KBH with annual work planning and organizational development. This year we facilitated a retreat of the Senior Management Team and a retreat of all Senior Managers and Directors to review the past year and establish future programmatic and operational priorities. We also prepared complete reports of the meetings.
