R.H. Foster Energy, LLC of Hamden, Maine, with about 370 employees, operates convenience stores, transports oil and propane, and provides energy services and sales. Like last year, they hired us again to facilitate a full-day retreat of 25 managers to review 2007 initiatives and establish a strategic plan for 2008. The day was a productive mix of critical decision-making and fun team building. We prepared a complete report to serve as a preliminary strategic plan.
